Gaming Performance - 2:
When the resolution is increased, the board performs as one would expect and we didn't experience any slow down in gaming performance despite the single frame per second drop.
Quake 4 was a little different, as the tweaked memory timings seemed to help things a little as the frame rate increased by a few frames per second. However, this isn't going to change the gaming experience a great deal as we proved in our
real world gaming memory article in Feburary.
Half Life 2: Lost Coast showed small improvements in performance and the CFX3200-DR performed as well as the ASUS A8R32-MVP Deluxe.
